George Jabali, Broker & Investor

George Jabali is the Broker and founding Managing Member of El Paso United Realty, ARZ Realty Services, LLC; Byblos Real Estate Group; El Paso United Realty Estate, Inc & Kart-Hadasht Holdings, LLC.

 

George obtained his Real Estate Broker License in Texas 1988.  George attended St. Patrick's & Cathedral High School, UTEP and EPCC and earned a degree in Real Estate with an emphasis in residential real estate. 

As an ACTIVE member of the Greater El Paso Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, George has represented Buyers and Sellers through the MLS with 1000's of closings from 1988 to present. 

George was also a previously licensed Texas Mortgage Broker and General Contractor and is also an ACTIVE Private Hard-Money Mortgage Lender for Commercial & Investment properties. 

 

George is also approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as real estate instructor for both CORE and CE courses and has taught real estate at El Paso's Academy of Real Estate, El Paso Community College and the El Paso Association of Realtors. 

 

George began his real estate career working as a property manager for his family's properties and for a large national real estate firm as a licensed associate before opening his own brokerage.

 

George is an active real estate investor specializing in residential "flips" of residential homes and commercial rentals with 100's of recorded transactions in the Deed Records and currently owns a healthy portfolio of investment property.

 

George's family arrived to the El Paso area in the late 1800's from Lebanon and invested in businesses and downtown real estate. In 2010 the Texas Historical Commission erected a historical marker on South El Paso Street commemorating the Lebanese immigrants that helped to settle and pioneer El Paso, Texas.
